Who can Apply
Our criteria for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP) are as detailed below.
Candidates must:
- Be passionate and ambitious for sales
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Have graduated with a Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have Completed NYSC
- Not be more than 28 years of age.
